Well, my dears, this is just a bad news week. Have been crying, which I know is not good for the little one. I do have a bit of good news to share, but first to get the bad out of the way. Maybe if I just spit it out things will feel a little lighter.
*Heaves a biiiiig sigh*
Sunnyfield Supplements pulled sponsorship of the blog today. I thought for sure they would stick it out with me for the long haul, but no. The Sunnyfield rep said I am misleading people. That it’s biologically impossible to be pregnant for 11 months (and counting!). I said to her, well, have you ever met an elephant? She can’t even take a joke. You’re not an elephant, she said. I told her that for her information, a lot of biologically impossible things have happened, and she told me the company is cutting off contact and issuing an apology to consumers (!!!) Can you imagine?
I said she has some kind of nerve, and the only other thing this Mona person said was that Sunnyfield will take legal action if I bad-talk them online. Oops! Probably shouldn’t have said her name, either.
MONA MONA MONA
I’m a naughty girl. 😉 😉
Maybe that will come back and bite me in the you-know-what. But I’m mad. And sad. And tired, mamas. Tired of not being trusted. It’s been a long road, and I’ve lost all my sponsors and a lot of my followers. That means if you’re reading this, I owe you a big thanks. You are my gems and my angels and my true believers.
If you’re going through the same thing, and you’re afraid of speaking up, I will be your voice. When no one will listen and everyone is against you…consider me your champion! Thinking about other special moms dealing with the same (excuse my language) B.S. makes me feel better and more calm. Not that I want the same for you! But it helps not feeling so alone.
Aaaand on that note: the good news! I have my favorite names from the pool picked out and narrowed down. And I’m going to let you vote! In no particular order, here they are:
Which one do you think fits my little girl best? Vote for your favorite in the comments. Until later, my magnificent mamas!
